CAPTURE AND SELECTION
Our native partridges come from a range of suppliers located around Spain, providing us with only the very best birds, which we call abuelas silvestres or "wild grandmothers".
REPRODUCTION
The end objective is to multiply the wild genotypes of indigenous red partridge.
Using pioneering genetic techniques, we multiply wild genotypes to produce red partridges which when released into the wild display the same behavioural traits as the native red partridge.
INCUBATION
The partridge eggs are incubated in a specially designed room under strict health and biosafety conditions to ensure healthy, lively chicks.
REARING
We have 12 rearing facilities dotted around the Iberian Peninsula, with large flight parks to ensure a constant production of partridges fully adapted to the natural environment where they will be released.
TRANSPORT
The birds are transported directly from the rearing centres to their destination. We use our own fleet of vehicles, which are equipped with ventilation and humidity systems to guarantee the birds' welfare.
RELEASE INTO THE NATURE
We believe that the future of red partridge hunting in Spain lies in successful repopulation. Our methods combine years of experience with pioneering research techniques to achieve the best results.
Before repopulating an area, our team of professionals is on hand to provide expert advice and to study, diagnose and correct the causes of each particular case, indicating the best options and repopulation techniques available.
SOLUTIONS ON THE ESTATE
With the aim of improving the habitat of partridges, we have designed different models of feeders and water baths for use in the country, with different characteristics according to their use and location.
